Battiston, Franco Feruglio, Alvin Curran, Andrea
Centazzo
Andrea Centazzo started his musician
career in 1970 as devoted jazz fan and hard practicing drummer. But he
was also interested in electronics and experimental music. His goal was
to blend in an unique form of musical expression all his interests.
This collection in two discs presents the
best of his early music recorded either in the studio and live as solo
artist or in cooperation with other musicians. Here you can easily track his transition
from a solo compositional stage (Early Music #1) to a more free
improvised, Soft-Machine jazz rock oriented and avant-garde kind of music (Early Music#2) featuring some
of the best improvisers of the European scene of the 70s.
